The project was approved by SF only recently, and I am working towards creating the first page for it and trying to finish off an Alpha release soon. Unfortunately, the Alpha release will have no encryption, but rather, hopefully, be an example of the plugin interface, which will most likely be the guide as to how the encryption and negotiation will be preformed.
If you are interested, I have uploaded what I do have via. CVS to the SourceForge servers, in hopes of honest feedback as to what I have so far. (As of this moment, however, it does not appear to be showing up...)
